Shipments and deliveries

I. Delivery costs

Shipping costs are as follows:

* For France : 3 € per order and free delivery from 35 € of purchases.

* For Europe and the rest of the world : €6 per order and free delivery from €35 of purchases.

II. Shipping times

Shipments are made at least twice a week , namely:

- Wednesday: for orders placed from Monday to Tuesday evening 5:00 p.m. (French time)

- Friday: for orders placed from Tuesday evening 5:01 p.m. to Friday evening 5:00 p.m. (French time)

- orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched the following Wednesday at the latest

III. Reception times

The deadlines indicated below are deadlines generally noted but it can unfortunately happen that the postal services are delayed.

- 2 to 5 days for shipments in Metropolitan France

- 5 to 15 days generally observed for shipments to Europe

- 15 days to 1 month for shipments to the rest of the world

IV. Send mode

Each order is sent by registered mail, the number of which will be communicated to you by email at the time of dispatch.

Orders are generally sent by letter followed by La Poste.

In the event of a large order, the shipment will be made in parcels by Colissimo.
