Return of a product following an order error
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, proof of receipt from La Poste. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You are free to choose the mode of sending that suits him, provided that it benefits from a follow-up.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of 15 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
All our items are refundable, including those purchased on sale or during a promotional operation, provided that the refund request meets the conditions set out above.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace or refund any defective or damaged item if the problem is reported within 3 days of receipt of said item. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org accompanied by photographs of the problems encountered. In the case of a defective or damaged item, we will not request the return of the item concerned.
If the returned item was identified as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return in the form of a coupon at apply to your next purchase.
If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you have returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Only returns benefiting from a follow-up (letter followed, Colissimo, Chronopost or Mondial Relay) will be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
